Pricing:
To rent letters or numbers, it is $50 a character per day.
We have every letter and number, as well as several special characters such as “#”, “?”, and “&”. We can spell any word, birthday number, date, and just about anything you want. The letters are 5 feet tall with white fronts and black backs and are illuminated with clear white lights evenly spaced out to highlight each character.
Pickup and drop off is FREE between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM 7 days a week.
Delivery depends on location but is typically $75 for the Southside and $100 delivery for the Peninsula up to Williamsburg. Outside of Williamsburg area will be calculated on a per mile bases. Delivery over toll roads to the eastern shore will include additional toll fee. Prices vary and we will discuss exact pricing once we have your event location.
Deposit:
There is a $50 deposit required to reserve your date and letters.
Cancelation policy:
If you cancel with more than 72-hours notice, we will refund your deposit. Cancelations within 72 hours of the reserved date may forfeit the $50 deposit.
Reschedule Policy:
You may reschedule your event with more than 48 hours notice and the new date must be within 3 weeks of the original reserved date with no penalty. Rescheduling an event with less than 48 hours notice or with the new date beyond 3 weeks of the original, reserved date may result in forfeit of deposit and a new $50 deposit will be required once new date is established.
Payment:
Payment is due in full at the time of pickup or delivery. (Note: this is in addition to the deposit)
Return of Deposit:
The $50 deposit will be returned via the same payment method after the letters are returned on time and without any damage.
Reasons why deposit may not be returned:
* Damage to rented items
* Any missing items
* Items not returned on time are subject to late fee of $50 per day.
